Randy Pool is our Association Missions Coordinator. He and his family served eleven years with the IMB in Honduras and Nicaragua. Randy will be assisting new church starts and development within the association, giving attention to:

• Men’s Ministries – Disaster Relief/ Construction Rehabilitation
• Black Church Extension
• Hispanic Work - ESL
• Partnership missions: foreign and domestic
• Volunteer Training for mission trips
• Literacy Ministry
• New Work
• And other areas of outreach

In addition to his responsibilities in the Gibson Baptist Association, Randy also serves as the Coordinator for the Mississippi River Ministry. As such, he relates to the fifteen Baptist associations within the twenty-one counties of West TN. MRM is a ministry of the TBC and NAMB as it seeks to minister to the physical and spiritual needs of the poverty areas within West TN.
